CONSTITUENT RELATIONSHIP MANAGEMENT COORDINATOR (Administrative Analyst/Specialist - Exempt II)

Primary Duties:
Under general direction of the Director of Admissions, the CRM (Constituent Relationship Management) Coordinator is responsible for coordination of development, implementation, integration, and maintenance of CRM and third party applications/add-ons for the Office of Admissions in support of its outreach, marketing, and admissions application processing programs. The CRM Coordinator is integral to expanding CRM adoption campus wide and throughout the student life-cycle, directly contributing to achieving CSU Graduation Initiative 2025 graduation rate goals. The Coordinator produces outcomes with high visibility and broad campus impact.

The CRM Coordinator provides day-to-day oversight of CRM related tasks, as well as long-term planning and strategy in CRM improvement. The CRM Coordinator will maintain, develop, troubleshoot and test the system, in close collaboration with programmer analysts; develop process guides and documentation; customize work flow, forms, fields, modules, views, reports, and dashboards; lead the CRM user training program, including training end users; and represent the Office of Admissions, Enrollment Management Services, Student Affairs, and other campus divisions and units on CRM functionality, projects, and issues.

Required Education:

The knowledge, skills and abilities listed above would normally be obtained through a bachelors degree and/or full-time equivalent training and three years of administrative work experience involving study, analysis, and/or evaluation leading to the development or improvement of administrative policies, procedures, practices or programs.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:
Incumbent/applicant will need to be able to perform the essential job functions (duties) of this position with or without reasonable accommodation. This position alternates between remaining in a stationary position operating a personal computer, or standard office equipment, for long periods of time and frequently moving about inside the office. Must be able to travel across campus to other offices and buildings for meetings and events.

WORK ENVIRONMENT:
Typical office environment operating standard office equipment. Position involves frequent to constant interaction with students, parents, faculty and staff to perform student support functions. Attendance at evening or weekend informational or orientation sessions, as needed, is required. This position requires the ability to work with constant interruptions, and be able to adjust to change such as policies, programs, and technology. Additionally, some travel will be required for this position.
