Graduate Communications Campaign Coordinator


Location: Moscow, Off Campus Location - Location can be determined based on chosen candidate.

Pay Range: $45,000 per year or higher depending on education and experience

Position Summary:
The CRM Communications Campaign Coordinator facilitates development, delivery, and performance evaluation of enrollment management print and email communications for the College of Graduate Studies (COGS). Contribute to development and roll out of CRM system by training/educating new users, providing input to technical solutions, exploring/implementing previously unused features and acting as CRM campaigning expert. Support other admissions activities with evaluation strategies, event support, and reporting. This involves development of complex communication workflows and managing and directing the physical and/or technical functions within them, in addition to developing relevant content for the email portion of the campaigns. All duties require tasks to be performed at a high level of accuracy in a fast-paced environment, while maintaining confidentiality.


Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in a related field OR 2 years professional experience with technical communication campaigns OR a combination of related education and experience totaling 4 years
Experience with manual and automated record management systems
Experience using a personal computer for data management and statistical analyses
Experience interpreting and applying laws, rules, and procedures
Experience manipulating and creating HTML based documents
Experience with logic, technical design and work flow concepts


Preferred Qualifications:
Understanding of logical operators and SQL
Basic understanding of marketing principles
Expert level technical skills with communication campaign software
Experience with CRM software products
Experience using best practices in email communications and/or social media in a higher education setting
Understanding of recruitment communication practices
Background within graduate school programs/recruitment/marketing
Experience using enterprise level database systems
Demonstrated experience as a team member on a technical project
Demonstrated ability to communicate complex ideas in both a technical and non-technical setting
Experience performing liaison activities to deal with individuals or resolve conflicts in a work setting
