Job Details

Direct and manage all aspects of NCAA Division I Men's and Women's Track Program. Train and coach student-athletes to maximize their potential during practice and competitions, provide strong student-athlete experience, recruit and retain students who can succeed at NU athletically and academically; supervise and mentor assistant coaches and staff; embrace academic integrity; oversee program budget and fundraise as needed; operate program within NCAA, University and conference guidelines; demonstrate commitment to department mission and core values; participate in public relation activities; schedule non-conference games.

Qualifications:

Bachelors degree required; Masters degree preferred. A minimum of four years of successful coaching experience on the NCAA collegiate level is required; head coaching experience preferred. Commitment to integrity and Universitys academic mission required.
