The candidate would be expected to: Interpret user issues, troubleshoot the problem appropriately in the areas of software, hardware, printers, WiFi access, entire computer systems and software suites such as MS Office 2013 and 2016. Other University software and systems requiring troubleshooting include: Hyland Onbase, TutorTrac, Ultimate Ultipro, Ellucian Colleague, Desire2Learn, Turning Point Kronos and various mobile devices.

Other Requirements:
Four+ years of customer service experience in a demand-based environment and either one year of technical school or technical experience in areas directly related to microcomputer systems and software and mobile devices.

A personable demeanor in person, on the phone and via email should be evident. Must be willing and able to adjust schedules and responsibilities. Must maintain a high degree of professionalism, quality of service and be flexible and able to work on multiple projects where the focus may change as a result of various factors.

Preferred Qualifications:
A+ Certification and work experience in an academic setting. Advanced knowledge of Office 2013 and 2016.
