International Admissions Student Assistant

Position Summary
Assist International Admissions Office with student follow up, campus tours, office duties, marketing and communication plans.

Knowledge Skills and Abilities
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong time management and organizational skills
Self-motivated, independent worker, task manager

Required Education
Must be a full-time UIW student. Preferably an upperclassman or graduate student.

Required Work Experience
Microsoft Office, Adobe Creative Suite
Valid Texas drivers license

Preferred Qualifications
Proficient in Spanish
Strong written and verbal communication skills, as well as public speaking
Strong cross-cultural communication skills
Video editing skills/photography
Web design/development
Knowledge of google analytics

Required Certifications, Licenses or Registrations

Work Hours
20 hours per week 8 am -5 pm (flexible schedule)

Physical Demands
Must be able to lift and carry items up to 50 lbs.
