Job Details

Creates, develops and implements a weekly workshop for students in the Medical Scholars Program and other Pipeline Programs. Workshops are designed to introduce students to study skills, leadership, internships, health disparities and other topics pertinent to pre-health students. Identifies and invites guest speakers once per month. Advises students individually on time management and other study skills. Refers students to campus resources. Informs and assists students in preparing and developing applications for internships and opportunities. Represents Pipeline Programs at recruitment and outreach events. Please be advised that the full annualized salary range for this position is $36,600 to $72,200; however due to budgetary reasons, the pay for this position will be based on the candidate's education/experience and will not exceed the 1st quartile of the pay scale which is $45,500.00 This position has been posted as Limited Staff with possibility of becoming Career contingent upon funding for the position.

Knowledge of applicable federal and state regulations related to the responsibilities of the position including Federal Education Rights and Privacy Act (FERPA).
