The candidate would be expected to: act as department liaison to public, students and University community; provide support to potential and incoming domestic and international students; assist with department promotion; answer phone, take messages, route calls and emails to appropriate personnel; interact with assorted database systems; arrange and confirm meetings, travel schedules and accommodations; perform mailings, duplication and material collation.
