Job Details Description
Monmouth University is seeking applications for temporary Girls Soccer Camp Counselors in the Athletics department. The Soccer Camp is designed to help each participant improve their skills while gaining a better understanding of the sport. The goal of the camp is to enhance each player's technical soccer abilities and tactical aspects in a fun and safe environment. All playing levels and abilities will be welcomed. Camp counselors will be working with players to enhance their skills.

This is an in-person, on-campus, non-remote position.
Duties and Responsibilities:
The candidate would be expected to: supervise and train youth participants in all aspects of specific sport(s) in summer camps.

2025 Camps are scheduled for:

July 14 – 17
July 21 – 24

Camp runs from 9:00 am – 12:00 pm each day.
Counselors are required to pass a background screening.

Minimum Qualifications:

Athletics, soccer playing, or coaching experience.
Good communication skills.
