Job Description
The Department of Psychiatry at the University of Tennessee Health Science Center in Memphis, Tennessee, is seeking a highly qualified and motivated non-tenure Assistant Professor, Clinical Psychologist with a Doctoral Degree (Ph.D. or Psy.D.) to join our faculty. The successful candidate will have a strong background in clinical psychology, with expertise in psychotherapy training, direct patient care, and experience in partial hospital and intensive outpatient treatment settings.

Responsibilities
The Clinical Psychologist will be responsible for a range of duties, including but not limited to supervision and training for psychiatry residents and other trainees, and direct patient care and program development and administration.

Qualifications
EDUCATION: Doctoral Degree (Ph.D. or Psy.D.) in Clinical Psychology from an APA-accredited program.

LICENSES: Licensed or eligible for licensure as a Clinical Psychologist in the state of Tennessee.

DEPARTMENT PREFERENCES:

Demonstrated experience in providing psychotherapy, supervising trainees, and working in outpatient, partial hospital or intensive outpatient settings. Strong clinical skills, excellent communication abilities, and a commitment to teaching and mentorship.
