Position Information
Hiring Department: Housing/Residence Life
Posting End Date: Open until filled. This posting may close once a sufficient number of qualified applications have been received.
Hours: 40 hours per week, standard Monday- Friday 8:00am- 5:00pm, flexibility is required on evenings and weekends
FLSA status: Exempt
Earliest Start Date: As soon as possible.
Salary: $46,550 annually, commensurate with experience.

Purpose of Position
.Computes, classifies, records, and verifies numerical data for use in maintaining accounting records for all Housing and Residence Life business transactions.

Required Qualifications:
Education: Bachelor's degree from a four-year college or university within the area of assigned
responsibility.
and
Experience: Three years related experience to the statement of duties and responsibilities; or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

Reasoning Ability: Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form. Ability to deal with problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situations.
Computer Skills: Computer knowledge within an area of assigned responsibility preferred or the ability to learn.
Other Qualifications: Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred.
