Our Pediatric Orthopaedic team serves patients across multiple locations, supporting providers, clinical teams, and front-office staff in delivering coordinated, compassionate care. As Clinic Manager, you will play a critical role in shaping clinic culture, driving performance, and ensuring daily operations run smoothly and efficiently.

Responsibilities
What You'll Do:

Lead & Develop the Team
Directly supervise supervisors, front office staff, and clinical support teams
Recruit, hire, onboard, and mentor team members
Conduct performance evaluations and provide ongoing coaching and accountability
Foster a culture of teamwork, professionalism, and continuous improvement
Lead regular staff and leadership meetings to drive alignment and engagement

Drive Operational Excellence
Oversee daily clinic operations across multiple sites
Monitor staffing models, schedules, and coverage to ensure efficient workflows
Identify process improvement opportunities and implement sustainable solutions
Ensure compliance with organizational policies, regulatory requirements, and safety standards
Maintain readiness for audits, inspections, and quality initiatives

Partner with Providers & Leadership
Collaborate with physicians and advanced practice providers to optimize clinic flow
Support service line growth, new provider onboarding, and clinic expansion efforts
Use data and reporting tools to track productivity, access, and performance metrics
Participate in strategic planning and department initiatives

Financial & Administrative Oversight
Monitor clinic budgets, productivity targets, and resource utilization
Review revenue cycle workflows to ensure accuracy in scheduling, registration, and authorizations
Support supply management, capital requests, and operational planning



Minimum Qualifications
EQUIVALENCY STATEMENT: 1 year of higher education can be substituted for 1 year of directly related work experience (Example: bachelor's degree = 4 years of directly related work experience).
Department may hire employee at one of the following job levels:
Senior Manager, Operations Management - Division/Business Unit (Non-Executive): Requires a bachelor's (or equivalency) + 8 years or a master's (or equivalency) + 6 years of directly related work experience.
