About the Department and/or College
Major/Essential Functions
- Primary Depositor to review, code and process Daily Deposit & upload in Xtender.
- Facilitate New Fund Setups for gift-related funds with ongoing maintenance to supporting systems (i.e. ARM and Xtender).
- Create & process JVs through Gateway and the INB interface to transfer funds, maintain data integrity, and initiate corrections to Banner. Uploads JV documentation to Xtender for archival and audit purposes.
- Serving as backup interoffice tasks including but not limited to submitting collecting daily bank activity and remote deposits, submitting supply orders, processing and sending out W-9 and invoices, reporting meter readings, sorting mail, sending insurance reminders and uploading daily revenue file.

Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree and 1 year of experience OR combination of education and experience to equal 5 years.
Preferred Qualifications
Previous experience in banking, proficiently operate a 10 key calculator, phone answering skills at a professional level. Knowledge of the Banner Accounting System.
Pay Range
$21.39 - $27.84 - $34.23
