Summary
Performs various Paint Shop duties under the direction of a Superintendent or higher-level supervisor, including cleaning and painting interiors and exteriors of buildings and other surfaces.
Essential Functions
- Repair or replace drywall/plaster
- Install new vinyl/carpet flooring
- Repair damaged flooring
- Cut Access Panels and repair walls as needed
- Paints interiors and exteriors of University buildings and other surfaces.
- Cleans and removes graffiti from buildings and sidewalks.
- Maintains Paint Shop and equipment as directed.
Minimum Qualifications
The following Experience is required:
Three to six months related experience required
The following Education is required:
- High school diploma or GED required
- Must have and maintain a valid driver's license and be insurable under the University's insurance
