Responsibilities:
The College of Engineering Undergraduate Academic Advising office is seeking an Associate Director of Academic Advising to be the primary support person for the Assistant Dean/Director of Undergraduate Academic Advising, assuming responsibilities during his/her absence. Responsible for oversight of the N.U.in Program within the College of Engineering, with University-wide interface to develop curriculum and provide support for the program. Provides oversight for Accelerated Master's Program policy discussions, and coordinate development of implementation processes. Oversees staff selection hiring process and provides staff supervision. Identifies reporting needs to support retention efforts and program development. Serves as instructor and advisor to first year students and provide advising support to upperclass students.

Qualifications:
Master's degree in Education, Higher Education Administration, Student Personnel Services or related field is required. A minimum of six to eight years' experience and previous experience in higher education is also required with strong supervisory, analytical, communication, and organizational skills. Must be able to work well with a variety of constituencies, as well as work independently and take initiative; attention to detail is imperative. Teaching and/or Admissions experience is beneficial.
