About the Opportunity:
Under the supervision and guidance of the Director of Enrollment Management, the Enrollment Coach will implement an effective contact strategy for students within their assigned program portfolio and to progressively move prospective students through the enrollment process. The enrollment strategy will include, but is not limited to significant call & email conversations, new student follow-ups, and virtual meetings designed to attract adult undergraduate and graduate students in line with the Colleges and Campus Deans' priorities. Additional responsibilities include group and individual counseling and advising students regarding the admission process, conducting presentations, and developing and maintaining relationships with other university offices. The Enrollment Coach manages prospective student portfolio throughout the entire enrollment life cycle in alignment with accountabilities, conversion benchmarks, and team enrollment goals. The Enrollment Coach role has no supervisory responsibilities, but will be accountable for coordinating and managing specific constituent relationships or projects in addition to other duties as assigned. A successful candidate will be a team player with a strong work ethic and demonstrated ability to successfully work independently, and who actively contributes to the office welfare in a high volume, fast-paced environment.

Qualifications:
Minimum of Bachelor's Degree is required. Master's degree preferred. Two to four years of experience in student enrollment, non-traditional college admissions and/or sales. Any experience in counseling, call campaigns, and small and large group presentations also preferred. This position will require a flexible work schedule, including some nights and weekends, and travel will be minimal, but may be required periodically. Proven ability to work independently, excellent communication and presentation skills, sensitive and responsive to the needs of diverse constituencies and managing goals.
