  • Maintain a consistent design aesthetic across all materials in alignment with university and program branding guidelines.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop creative concepts and ensure visual cohesion across all platforms.
  • Coordinate the design of program swag, including placement proof

  • Conduct market research and competitive benchmarking to inform strategies and keep our programs relevant and attractive.
  • Track campaign performance and provide reports and recommendations for ongoing optimization.
  • Lead the standardization and visual design of student-facing communications across all graduate business programs-including event promotion, newsletters, presentation templates, and other materials-to reduce inefficiencies and improve branding consistency.
  • Expand marketing support for Executive Education, including the design and execution of email drip campaigns, one-off communications, sales and business development collateral, and event support.
  • Help elevate social media content through high-quality design and campaign integration.
  • Stay current with design trends, marketing technologies, and professional development opportunities to improve team capabilities.
  • Work closely with both remote and on-campus team members, program directors, and stakeholders.
  • Participate in team meetings, trainings, events, and collaborative projects.
  • Provide support and coverage for MBA events and other priority initiatives as needed.
