The PA Instructor will teach physical activity courses for the Department of Athletics under the supervision of the Assistant Director of Wellness Promotions. The PA Instructor follow all Colorado School of Mines policies, guidelines, and procedures.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Develop and implement physical activity curriculum.
- Create a course syllabus.
- Enter final grades in a timely manner.
- Must support students in a timely manner.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution.
- Professional verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work in a dynamic fast paced environment and manage stressful situations.
- This position requires excellent communication skills and the ability to communicate with many internal and external entities in a variety of ways. Must be able to communicate with coaches, students and athletic administration.
SALARY
$600- $700 per class.
