Program Manager, Quest
Job Summary
Helps to administer academic programs through managing budget and payroll, scheduling, marketing, assisting with assessment and evaluation, supporting faculty and student employees, and supporting students in the program. Works closely with the director and assistant directors.
Responsibilities
Scheduling
-Work with Director to design semester schedules, enter and coordinate schedule including room assignments, work in CLSS, arrange permission codes or meet faculty schedule related needs, etc.
-Handle Coursedog and catalogue related updates to courses and program information
Purchasing, Pay, and Budget
- Coordinate and take care of all purchasing for all Quest events, following the budget closely
-Handle p-card account and related items
-Handle the hiring and pay for all program student employees
-Coordinate and handle all faculty professional development travel and related costs
Marketing
-Coordinate, contribute to the design, and directly handle all Quest marketing, including selection and purchasing of swag items, coordination of faculty and staff for all admission events (including travel), coordination of university marketing elements, and summer orientation
-Table and present as needed at all marketing events
-Actively work on new marketing campaigns
-Coordinate updates to the Quest website
Support Faculty
-Attend and arrange rooms, recordings, etc. for all faculty meetings, including the faculty retreat and integrated partner meetings
-Handle support as needed to Faculty Box folders and pertinent information
-Support the review and retention process for faculty including handling of Interfolio system
-General support of faculty issues as they arise
Support Students and Student Employees
-Coordinate scholarship application and review process for student Quest scholarships
Attend Quest Leadership Intern meetings and aid in QLI work coordination as needed
-Assist in Student Employee hiring interviews and decisions
-Monitor and respond to Quest information email
-General support of student issues as they arise
Data Support
-Assist in collection and organization of Quest evaluation data as needed
-Help handle Ucard attendance records for all events

Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in a related area plus three years of experience in budget, grant and program management or equivalency (one year of education can be substituted for two years of related work experience) required. Develops and implements program ideas into successful academic and research programs; demonstrated human relations and effective communication skills also required.
