Reporting to the Program Manager, Specialty MBA Programs and Curricular Initiatives, the Senior Program Coordinator supports the administration of the MBA Center to ensure that communications, operations, and services are executed in a proficient and professional manner. This position serves as the primary first point of contact for students, faculty, and staff visiting and contacting the MBA Center. In addition to providing general office support including fielding walk-in, phone, and email inquiries, the Senior Program Coordinator provides program specific support to the Health Sector Management, Social Impact and MSDT programs with duties ranging from database management to communications, to event planning. Strong management skills are essential as this role is responsible for the hiring and training of our team of student employees. Collaborates with all members of the MBA Center to support additional student services initiatives and programs as needed.

Required Skills

Associate's degree required, B.A./B.S. preferred. Proficiency in MS Office, Google Workspace. Experience with Canva, Adobe Creative Cloud, WordPress, Qualtrics, Salesforce, beneficial, but not required. Strong customer service skills, superior written and verbal communication skills, high attention to detail, professional, collaborative approach to work. One to three years of administrative support experience in professional setting required. Experience managing a plus. This position is 40 hours per week and requires occasional evenings and weekend hours. After probationary period, eligible for up to 2 remote days per week with supervisors' approval.
