Job Summary


The Leeds School of Business encourages applications for a Program Manager, Graduate Degrees for Working Professionals! This position provides program management and student support to the Leeds graduate degree programs serving working professionals, including Evening and Hybrid professional MBA programs. The role works with the Assoc Director of Executive MBA and Programs for Working Professionals, and may partner with Continuing Education department, on issues of program management including but not limited to course enrollments and audits, cohort and faculty communications, coordinating additional services with support offices across campus, and conducting analysis to determine and/or implement new work process to achieve program efficiencies.

The Program Manager will engage students throughout their lifecycle in the program from partnering with Leeds Graduate Admissions to assist in yielding prospects, to advising incoming and current students on program policies and academic standing, and shepherding progress through graduation. The role will identify and plan important co-curricular programming opportunities. This position will play an integral role in Leeds graduate student satisfaction initiatives.

What Your Key Responsibilities Will Be


Program Management
  • Serve as primary contact and academic advisor, interpreting and applying program policies for programs serving working professional students including evening and hybrid MBA.
  • Partner as necessary with strategic offices across campus with regard to student registration, billing, graduation and other student record issues that may require trouble-shooting solutions.
  • Support the admissions selection committee regarding applicant selection.
  • In collaboration with student leadership and student services team members, find opportunities to support student interests with supplemental, co-curricular programming.
  • Design, manage delivery of, and lead post-program review to gauge effectiveness of the effort to address student interest.

Administrative Management
  • Manage and report on program data to faculty directors and program administrators related to key program results including degree audit status, retention efforts, academic standing and persistence metrics, graduation application, etc.
  • Generate data and informed analysis to advise and support critical initiatives related to program design and delivery.
  • Support accreditation process, compiling and disseminating pertinent information to faculty director and division leaders, and recording and maintaining applicable program adjustments for formal continuous improvement review.
  • Represent the unit at departmental, campus, regional/national events as applicable.

Program Communications
  • Creation, production, and dissemination of program information via communication outlets such as use of CRM, email, marketing cloud, Canvas community pages, etc.

Project Management/Other Duties
  • As unique initiatives and opportunities arise.


What You Should Know

  • In support of evening and hybrid MBA programs, this position will work slightly adjusted shifts to allow for onsite presence one evening per week and one Saturday per month to best support these student populations. Presence at department events that may extend past the standard workday will also be expected on occasion.
  • This role delivers in hybrid work modality, with a minimum of two days in office each week. Schedule details will be agreed upon with supervisor and may change at semester breaks.


What We Can Offer

The salary range for this position is $63,000-$68,000 annually.

What We Require

  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution. Equivalent experience.
  • 3 years' program or account management experience that includes 1 year of academic advising in higher education.
