HRIS Analyst

The Research Foundation for SUNY is seeking an experienced HRIS Analyst to join our Corporate Human Resources team.

In this role, you will support our Human Resource Information Systems, including time & attendance and related modules. As a technical point of contact, you'll troubleshoot issues, streamline processes, and apply best practices to ensure efficiency. You may also assist with training, data analysis, and communicating system enhancements.

We're looking for someone with:

Strong knowledge of HRIS platforms, specifically timekeeper, and how they impact the bigger picture.
A blend of technical expertise and passion for the Human Resources lifecycle.
The ability to collaborate across HR and technical functions and provide solutions that improve both process and user experience.
