The Management, Strategy, and Entrepreneurship (MSE) Department in the Edwin L. Cox School of Business at Southern Methodist University invites applications for tenured position # 49895 at the Associate or Full Professor level in Organizational Behavior. Endowed positions are also possible. Applications from associate and full professors should demonstrate established post-tenure achievements and a robust pipeline of ongoing research. Both salary and teaching load are competitive, as is support for research and instruction. Faculty will be expected to produce high-quality research, participate in university service, and to deliver high quality instruction in courses across undergraduate, graduate, and professional programs, which include online teaching. The position will begin August 2026.
The Cox School is a nationally ranked business school located in Dallas, Texas, a premier business center in the U.S. The School offers a collegial working environment, generous faculty support and outstanding facilities. The tenure-track/tenured MSE faculty consist of Maribeth Kuenzi (Chair), Marcus Butts, Yunok Cho, Grace Ho, David Lei, Robin Pinkley, Don Vandewalle, Gordon Walker, and Zhen Zhang. In the past three years, faculty members have had publications in top-tier journals including Academy of Management Journal, Academy of Management Review, Journal of Applied Psychology, and Organization Science.

Qualifications:
Minimum qualifications: Ph.D. in Organizational Behavior or a related field, demonstrated track record of high-quality research and teaching.
Preferred qualifications: Applicants should have an established publication record in top-tier academic journals, substantial teaching experience and demonstrated excellence, record of professional service and leadership in the field and promise for continued high-quality research and teaching.
