JOB TITLE:
Annual Giving Coordinator - Institutional Advancement and UW Foundation
JOB PURPOSE:
Manage the social media and technology-based fundraising for the department of Annual Giving. Assist with the administration and implementation of annual giving programs. Serve as a key member of the Annual Giving team, supporting traditional functions of fundraising in the department.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Daily execution of annual giving technology-based fundraising functions, such as solicitations through email, text to give, online giving, crowdfunding and other industry-recognized venues.
- Provide leadership in innovative technology-based fundraising, such as Crowdfunding.
- Manage the process of print-based solicitations as well as stewardship of annual giving donors.
- Manage the annual giving schedules and projects.
- Coordinate processes through which annual giving projects are recorded, tracked and reported with department on shared drive and through appropriate email reporting.
SUPPLEMENTAL FUNCTIONS:
- May make recommendations for current expenditures and ongoing budget planning; may manage funds for assigned areas of responsibility.
- Receive training and have the ability to serve as the backup supervisor for the Cowboy Call center in the absence of the Call Center Manager.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
Education: Bachelor's Degree, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Experience: 1 year work-related experience

WORK LOCATION:
On-campus: This position provides vital support to campus customers, and the successful candidate must be available to work on campus.
