As a central member of the Questrom School of Business Graduate Admissions & Financial Aid Office (GAFAO) team, the Associate Director of Graduate Admissions, Specialized Masters Programs has the major responsibility for daily management of the Schools specialty masters recruitment initiatives. This position serves as the primary point of contact and admissions liaison for the specialized masters program directors, collaborating closely with them on strategic planning and providing expert guidance from an admissions perspective. The Associate Director provides oversight to an Assistant Director of Graduate Admissions and a Senior Program Coordinator, who will help support our Specialized Masters Programs. This role involves monitoring application and yield volume and trends, assessing operational processes to ensure efficiency, and proactively identifying bottlenecks or areas for improvement. To address these, the Associate Director works closely with the GAFAO operations team to develop and implement solutions, including dashboards and reports. The Associate Director also develops and implements efficient communication strategies and processes to support recruitment and conversion.

Required Skills

B.S./B.A., Master's Degree preferred; exceptional written and oral communication skills; ability to develop and manage relationships across various stakeholders; demonstrated ability to analyze data in order to meet targets; strong interpersonal skills and a demonstrated ability to work effectively with a diverse client base; strong analytical and computer skills, including MS Office; excellent leadership skills; and preferred four to six years of experience in graduate admissions. Frequent travel and night and weekend work required.
