Major/Essential Functions
- Lead contact for assigned RRC Giving Levels ($200 - $499)
- Build relationships with donors within assigned giving levels. Identify members who can move to the next membership level and solicit on an annual basis for the Excellence Fund
- Coordinate all aspects of the RRC member game day parking experience
- Responsibilities include solicitation, promotion, management, and operational aspects of the game day RRC Member parking program
- Create and manage an overall calendar, including operations, solicitations, and communications for parking
- Increase revenue and maximize member parking experience
- Collaborate with campus partners for football, basketball, and baseball
- Constantly review and propose any changes to the program, work with campus partners to be proactive with any changes that might affect member parking
- Lead the operation and coordination of all RRC member benefits
- Develop and maintain all membership benefits for RRC members, research, and bring new ideas on benefits or operations
- Ensure all benefits are distributed and fulfilled based on an annual plan
- Research and implement new ideas
- Promote and communicate all benefits. Educate all current and prospective members on the value of benefits
- Ensure RRC student workers and team are knowledgeable about RRC benefits
- Oversee the growth and retention of the RRC Young Alumni program and the New Graduate initiative
- Develop and implement the overall communication and operation plan for upcoming graduates and Young Alumni members with the goal of meeting identified retention goals for the following year
- Engage with both segments throughout the year and establish a strong membership pipeline
- Responsible for the management of the Car Coach and Trade Programs
- Cultivate and Steward all partners
- Manage solicitation, operations, and benefit fulfillment in conjunction with the Athletics Business Office
- Establish the Student Red Raider Club
- Develop programming and engagement specific to this group
- Create an operations and communication plan
- Appear and participate at select RRC donor events and TTU sporting events, which may include home football, men's & women's basketball games. All other sporting events as assigned so that Red Raider Club staff has comprehensive event coverage, as business travel allows
- Comply with all NCAA, Big 12, and Texas Tech University rules, regulations, and policies
- Other duties as assigned
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in a related field plus three years related experience; OR a combination of related education and/or experience to equal seven years.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with Paciolan (Ticketing and/or Pac FUND).
- Ability to communicate with donors and internal constituents, both written and verbal.
- Strong work ethic and experience as a self-starter.
- Ability to work collaboratively and effectively as part of a team. Excellent time management and multi-tasking skills.
- Previous experience working in intercollegiate or professional athletics.
- Ability and willingness to work nights and weekends.
Pay Range
$48,000
