What Your Key Responsibilities Will Be

Use of the Density-Dimension Algorithm (DDA) for ice and atmospheric satellite data analysis.
Application of the algorithm to data from several satellite missions.
Creation of code descriptions.
Assistance with onboarding of new student researchers.

What We Can Offer

The hire rate for this temporary position will be $20.00 per hour.

What We Require

Bachelor's degree in Mathematics, Earth or Atmospheric Sciences, Computer Sciences, Engineering, or a related discipline.
Previous research experience.

What You Will Need

Experience in the DDA (algorithm structure and applications), solid mathematical skills, and understanding of lidar satellite systems.
