Essential Functions:
This faculty member will be responsible for providing instruction to Curriculum & Instruction undergraduate and graduate students. He/she will teach undergraduate and graduate students through on-campus and online instruction in the Curriculum & Instruction Department, supervise and advise students and support them in edTPA development in addition to scholarly activities, and service to the University.

Minimum Education/Experience:
A doctorate in education with a concentration in Literacy/Special Education
A publication record in education (Literacy and/or Special Education)
Three (3) or more years of successful public school teaching in the area of Literacy and/or Special Education
Successful teaching experience at the collegiate level
Successful teaching experience with diverse population

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
The candidate must have strong collaboration skills with university colleagues and public school districts,
Preferred candidates will have experience with online and other technology-assisted instruction. Experience with edTPA.
