CNC Machinist

About the Opportunity

This is a CNC machining position that supports a metal additive manufacturing laboratory. The machinist will be responsible for receiving drawings or CAD, programming toolpaths, operating the machines, and maintaining the machines. Primary machines are HAAS VF-4SS mill, HAAS ST-15 lathe and OMAX 1508 waterjet. The machinist will be responsible for bringing jobs from start to finish independently.

This position is based in Burlington, MA.

Qualifications:

2+ years CNC programming and machining

Basic metrology for dimension verification

Ability to translate drawing into finished part independently

Attention to detail and ability to problem-solve

Excellent organizational skills

Eligibility to obtain National Security Clearance
