Position Summary:
This position manages the box office ticket sales/distribution for Cultural Events held on campus.

Duties may include:
  • Assist in planning, organizing, and managing event ticket sales
  • Distribute information related to cultural events
  • Supervise ticketing guest services employees
  • Build relationships to help drive business
  • Serve as an exhibitor at local events
  • Develop and maintain a budget
  • Setup agreements and contracts with clients
  • Other duties as assigned





Minimum Qualifications:
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
Experience in/with one or more of the following disciplines:
  • Developing budgets and expense projections
  • Implementing public relations promotional strategies
  • Supervising full-time and temporary staff
  • Using computer software and applications for word processing, developing spreadsheets, email and internet research
  • Developing and implementing operational policies and procedures


Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with/in:
  • Operating a computerized ticketing system
  • Multitasking
  • Managing conflicting priorities
  • Strong written and verbal skills
