Job Summary

The Graduate Admissions Coordinator serves as a primary point of contact for prospective students inquiring about and applying to the University's graduate programs and liaison to University faculty and staff on matters pertaining to the graduate admission process.

Responsibilities
  • Manage all student records (electronic) related to graduate admissions for the institution
  • Evaluate graduate student records to ensure the record is current and complete
  • Evaluate graduate student applications and transcripts (including all program requirements), and post official admissions decisions
  • Load data into the university's student record systems
  • Evaluate documents for residency status
  • Evaluate and verify lawful presence documentation
  • Conduct routine data audits to validate data accuracy
  • Collaborate with program directors and program faculty to ensure students matriculate through the application funnel
  • Support graduate programs to adhere to admission policies and procedures
  • Serve as a resource on university level committees to improve student experience throughout the admission process


Required Qualifications

Educational Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree

Required Experience
  • Three (3) or more years of related work experience


Proposed Salary

$42,000 - $44,000

This is a non-exempt position paid on a biweekly basis.
