Job Summary
Conduct or participate in drug use projects, cost reduction/management initiatives, and quality improvement activities consistent with the Health System's needs and objectives.

Required Qualifications*
A Doctor of Pharmacy degree. A certificate of completion from a General Practice residency is necessary. Licensure as a Pharmacist by the State of Michigan is necessary. Possession of a state controlled substance license is necessary.

Desired Qualifications*
Experience in ambulatory clinical pharmacy practice.
