Job Summary: Responsible for sorting and processing mail.Responsible for collecting and recording data.Responsible for running mailing machines.

Essential Responsibilities and Duties:

Run and trouble shoot various mail machines including Meter Machine, Folder/Inserter, and Address Printer. Including running the software.
Daily reports and deposits.
Accounting for postage usage for billing.
Customer Service: Selling stamps, envelopes, finding best way to mail customer packages.
Admin duties : updating mail stop & employee list, inventory forms, collects data, communicates with varies vendors, bulk mails, accountable mail, receives and processes checks/invoices.
Filling in for courier

Essential Responsibilities and Duties Continued:

Minimum Qualifications: High School Diploma or GED
At least one year of related work experience

Preferred Qualifications: Knowledge of Microsoft OfficeCustomer service skills

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities: College policies and procedures. Equipment operation. Operate motorized vehicles safely in all weather conditions. Valid Utah Drivers License with a good driving record. Must pass background check. Customer service skills. Communicate effectively both orally and in writing. Organize and manage multiple priorities and work well under pressure. Lift 35 lbs. Collect and analyze data. Ability to communicate effectively with a broad range of diverse people, ability, culture, ethnic background, to maintain good working relationships across the College.Ability to work with all groups in a diverse academic, socioeconomic, cultural and ethnic background of community college students, faculty and staff, including those with disabilities.

Non-Essential Responsibilities and Duties:

Special Instructions: SLCC hours are between 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM Monday-Friday.May work up to 30 hours per week and no more than 125 hours per month.
