McKinley Health Center, one of the nation's premier Student Health Centers, is pleased to announce a position opening for a staff psychologist. The Health Center is an accredited ambulatory care facility providing primary care and mental health services to 42,000 University of Illinois students. Staff psychologist at the Health Center provide direct clinical service to students and may also have the opportunity to supervise masters and doctoral level counseling and clinical psychologists.



A PhD in clinical or counseling psychology and licensure by the State of Illinois are required. Candidates who are eligible for an Illinois license will be considered. Final appointment at the University of Illinois is contingent upon successful acquisition of an Illinois license. This is a twelve month, 100% appointment, with a typical schedule Monday through Friday 8:00am to 5:00pm. Salary is competitive and includes a very attractive, comprehensive benefits package with professional liability coverage. Starting date is negotiable.
