Site Associate (PT) – Brandywine Site
Effective immediately: (PT) Site Associate – Brandywine, Wilmington University.
Requirements: An associate's degree or equivalent is required. A minimum of one year of experience in higher education or a complimentary field. Must have excellent communication, customer service, and organization skills. Must be detail-oriented and able to work with diverse populations. Must be self-directed and able to make decisions independently as well as work successfully in a team environment. Must be computer literate and proficient in Microsoft Office products, specifically Word and Excel. Must have the ability to accurately type 35 – 55 wpm. The ability to maintain professionalism and confidentiality in any situation is a must.
Responsibilities include (but are not limited to):
Hours of Employment: Hours are generally Monday – Friday, 4:00pm – 8:30pm and occasionally on weekends from 9:00 am – 2:00 pm. The successful candidate must be flexible enough with their hours and/or schedule to meet the needs of the site and the University. The candidate must be available to work flexible hours including nights and weekends according to campus operating requirements and special events. May be required to travel for meetings, conferences, or between locations which may include overnight travel.
