JOB DESCRIPTION SUMMARY
WPI is seeking candidates to teach at both undergraduate and graduate levels, and advise undergraduate projects. PhD advising experience preferred. Research, especially leading to publication in high quality refereed journals, is expected and supported, and grant applications are encouraged. Good communication and interpersonal skills are expected as is a demonstrated ability to collaborate across organizational and disciplinary lines.

Applicants must possess a doctoral degree in entrepreneurship or related field or anticipate completion of a doctorate before the Fall 2019 start date. All ranks (new PhDs through full professors) of entrepreneurship are invited to apply. Candidates must demonstrate the ability and motivation to publish in high-quality refereed journals and to teach effectively. Ability and willingness to teach at the undergraduate and MBA levels and supervise student projects and graduate independent studies are required. PhD advising experience preferred. We seek candidates who will be fully committed to our project-based learning curriculum and have a demonstrated ability to collaborate across organizational and disciplinary lines. Applications are especially welcome from entrepreneurship scholars with research interests in technology and commercialization and related teaching experience.
